No Blink Photography

Ok all, starting my new business
NO BLINK PHOTOGRAPHY
Any one of you that are family know how I aquired this name. My dad used to, well still does, call me blinky. Years ago I was so embarrassed by this name but somehow after I had children I understood those silly names and I actually use that crazy name quite often. So please, take a moment to check out my new website: www.noblinkphotography.com
I am willing to travel so if you need a great photographer, give Shelby and I a chance! We will surprise you with our talent!

This weekend

WOW~!!!!! What a weekend!!!
It started out with my dad and brother from Colorado coming here for my nieces and my daughters graduation. They drove over 1400 miles to get here! Now that is love!!!!!!
Here is my pretty neice, Desiree with my brother Jerry from Colorado.

We had a fun party in Tacoma with the newly found family!
We had a good time. Its always fun to be with the family!!
Trust me, my dad is not really that short, he has his sons sitting on his lap!!! Thats a first.

After that we had a bb-que at our house for a pre-graduation party.

Shelbys graduation

She did it!!! We are so incredible proud of her. This was a major milestone in her life. Its exciting to see were the world will take her now. She is very talented and ready to face the world. (I hope)

MILESTONE BIRTHDAY MONTH

The time has come! Shelby reached 18 years old. I know many of us did not know if she would make it or not and I am very proud to say, she has!! She is becoming a beautiful young lady who has some much potential in so many ways. At this point, she is going to use her creativity and partner with me in our new adventure of NO BLINK PHOTOGRAPHY. I am very happy to have her as part of the team!

Snow day

Can you believe we have had snow in March?? I think we were blessed only because the Iverson's were visiting and my Summerly Rose has never seen snow!
We searched high and low for snow to ride our sleds in and we ended up finding the best hills right down the road at Shelby & Hayley's school! We did get to see some awesome forest in our search!

We were having a blast!!!!!!!!

Day in Seattle

After the wonderful visit with my brother we spent the day in Seattle visiting Pikes Market, seeing the Space Needle and taking a ferrie ride.

Crazy kids!

Reunion with big bro!

It all began with my sister, my neice and nephew coming to visit from Cali. We spent a day with my oldest brother, Rudy and his family!! We had a great time. It was so amazing to see him. It has been over 22 years!! We all got along great and I am so excited to have family in Washington. He has a wonderful wife and 3 great children!

They even managed to get in a good pillow fight.
Its all in good fun!!

It was so great to reconnect and everyone had a great time. Thanks Stacy for the great dinner!

Day Trip to Seattle

Today Shelby, Hayley and I ventured to Seattle to take a tour of Cornish College of the Arts.

WOW!!!! What an awesome school. There were all kids who look and act like Shelby and Hayley running around doing art work, acting, photography etc... I would love nothing more but to be able to send them to this college. However, tution for this kind of school is very expensive and so I m looking into scholarships. Let me know if anyone has any ideas!!!!

After the tour we went to Seattle, drug Mike out ofr his work and had lunch with him. It was a good break for him to get out of the office for a moment. He has been working so incredibly hard since we got here.

After lunch we took a walk thru the streets of Seattle. Wow, the people there are a trip. Here are a couple pics of the sites today. Enjoy

Good news!!!

I meant to add this before my whole fence story but I didn't so here it is now.

After 22+ years I have finally located my 3 older brothers!!!! I am so excited about this you have no idea. I have looked and looked and I ended up finding them on classmates.com. Isn't that wild???
Well, as soon as we all talked we started posting pics like crazy on myspace and showing each other our families. It is amazing since we were all so young the last time we say each other.

In fact, one of my brothers, Rudy, lives right here in Washington!! I knew God brought us here for a reason!! We will be getting together for a barbaque soon. It is so awesome. They have all talked to our dad and one even had a chance to go see our dad which was very exciting.

I still can not get over the fact that we are all a family again! I have 9 new neices and nephews. Thats crazy! Now I really have to get on track with birthdays!!!

Enjoy the pic of my brothers
